Using the app
Terms
- Agent: an AI assistant running on NanoClaw or OpenClaw. Each one has its own chat in the app.
- Bridge: the part of Wizzle installed into NanoClaw or OpenClaw. It holds the other end of the encryption and passes your messages to your agents.
- Relay: the server between the app and the bridge. It passes encrypted messages along and holds them while one side is offline.
- Topic: an extra chat with an agent, with its own history and context.
- Room: one chat with several agents. An agent answers when you name it with @, and agents can hand work to each other.
- Question: an agent stops to ask you something, often with options to pick, or asks you to approve an action.
- Scheduled task: something an agent does on a schedule or once at a set time. You can run, pause or resume it.
- Element: a file an agent sends that the app draws as its own screen, in the app's own design, such as flash cards to flip, a deck to swipe through or a report. The chat links to it.
- Key: an API key or other secret stored on the bridge's host and added to an agent's requests there. Once saved, its value is never shown again.
What works where
- On both: chat, history, files both ways, typing and tool activity, topics, Clear chat, push, and messages your agent starts itself.
- NanoClaw only: rooms, scheduled tasks, creating, pausing, restarting and deleting agents, templates, keys, questions and approvals, updating the bridge from the app, and agents that know how to send elements. OpenClaw lets an installed plugin do what a channel can and no more.
- On OpenClaw an agent's default chat is its main session, shared with the Control UI and any other channel. Topics get their own session.
On NanoClaw
- Clear chat deletes that chat's session, so its history and the agent's context for it go, and the chat itself stays. It is refused while the session holds scheduled tasks.
- Pause keeps the messages you send and wakes the agent with them when you resume it. Open questions are closed, since an answer would wake it.
- Delete renames the agent's folders instead of erasing them, so its files are still on the host.
- Keys appear when NanoClaw uses OneCLI for credentials.
- Update appears in Bridge settings when a newer bridge is out. It runs the install script on the NanoClaw machine, which backs up what it changes, builds, restarts, and reports in the System chat.
